Some salient features of the system are:

1. Configure Opportunity [Business manager can configure a set of rules to decide when a lead gets transformed into an opportunity]
2. Collect leads from different sources [Lead forms, e-mails, excel sheets]
3. Distribute leads [Once a lead passes through the initial filter, it gets distributed to different opportunity managers]
4. Convert leads into opportunity[Managers convert leads into Opportunities by following principles of the Purchase cycle (Awareness, Interest, Consideration, Trial and Purchase)]
5. Monitor opportunity [Find at what stage an opportunity is at any particular time]
6. Distribute opportunity to Vendors [Auto/manual distribution amongst the registered vendors]

The team used the product management framework [Scrum] and Agile modeling methodology for delivery. Technologies used were, UML, Java/J2EE, JS, MySql.

The whole system is configurable and can be also be used for feedback collection and processing. Steps taken to transform a lead into an opportunity are all configurable.

3D Tool for Rebar Detailing: Ayaam – Rebar

Some of the salient features of the tool.

1. Integration of many open source tools.
2. 3D Visualization done in Java.  DWG file Reader in C++. UI done in Swing.
3. Does most of the operations available in AutoCAD 3D.
4. Built on Intelligent Algorithms which can place rebars in a 3D environment.
5. Prints 3D Drawings using any printer.
